Correct.  So: 

Subject: Svc: ABC-E; Date: 2007-JUN-27; Time: ALL

Yep; that happens quite a bit, I gather.

For local stations, the only issue is if they're in a different
timezone than you.  On reflection, though, I guess that's true for
networks, too; they're all in either NY or LA, notionally.
