The PVR-500 has two tuners on the card.  The card itself has one set of 
s-video and RCA jacks for input from one tuner.  In the box, there is an 
expansion card to plug onto the main PVR card, that adds a second set of 
s-video/RCA inputs.  Thus giving you two sets of s-video/RCA inputs.
