Another way is to have something check your IP, and if it changes email
that info to your cell phone, so you always know your numerical IP.

For example, to send an email to a Verizon cell phone just send to:

<10-digit-phone number>@vtext.com

Google for "SMS email" for info on how to send to other carrier's phones.
