[mythtv-users] Stuttery / jerky DVD playback

I actually copied the DVD to an ISO file on the hard disk, and am playing
with Myth's builtin player (mplayer). My mplayer.conf file is:

# Default video output is xv, then xvidix, then try others
vo=xv,xvidix,
# Default audio output is alsa, then try others
ao=alsa,alsa1x,

Other ideas?

Did you check that dma is set on the DVD drive?
