I don't doubt that mythtv can be setup to read from this camera, though 
I have no idea how you would go about that maybe someone else does. My 
question is why use Mythtv for this? Perhaps use zoneminder and then the 
myth plugin for that. I prefer motion, mainly because its what we use at 
my company, and its fairly easy. Their website appears to be slow or 
down at the moment, but heres an SF link.
