Its there in 0.20.1 too. Its on the same page as the scan button in 
about the middle of the page. There are no issues upgrading however it 
is not so easy downgrading so keep a backup of your database if you want 
to go that route. I have been running SVN for quite a while with no 
significant issues and quite a few nice feature additions. To answer 
your un-asked question, no, the hdhr scanner is no better in SVN.
