[mythtv-users] Copy DVD to ISO from command line

I've used dvdbackup and mkisofs:

dvdbackup -M -i /dev/hdc -o ./iso/
mkisofs -udf -dvd-video -o ./0001.iso ./iso/

but I've run into a lot of discs that use ARccOS I guess, and I just
get read errors on the discs when I try to copy them.

I've found that I can use Ripit4me under WINE with those problematic
discs, there are howto's on how to set it up.
