Yes, after recording the programme to disk, you can start playing it,
then press E to edit it (if you have commercial flagged it, you can
press Z at this point to import the commercial skips into the edit list)

you can then move backward and forward through the recording, setting
cut-points as required.

When you've finished editing, press ESCape, while playing you may wish
to FF/REW to a suitable poiint in the title sequence and set the
bookmark using SPACEBAR

When you burn to DVD using MythArchive, it will obey the edit list you
provided, and will use the bookmark frame as the thumbnail on the DVD menu.

One thing to beware of is possible swapping of multiple audio tracks
which *can* happen during processing of the cutlist, if your recording
contains e.g. hard of hearing audio, or alternate languages.
