On a related note, if your board supports wake on USB then the USB-UIRT
receiver/blaster might help. Using a windows binary you can program it with
up to 4 codes that it will respond to and wake up the box with. Obviously
you MB needs to support wake on USB and keep the USB powered appropriately.
