Isn't madness occasionally portrayed as repeating the same thing over
and over expecting a different result? :-)

But, I reinstalled the package, still not there....

There's a "Format.pm" in /usr/share/perl5/Date/Format.pm
But in /usr/share/perl5/Time/ there is jaut a "Zone.pm"

I'm assuming either that package no longer contains that file or I'm
clearly missing what package that file is in?

These packages are all installed:
libdate-simple-perl - a simple date object for Perl
libdatetime-format-builder-perl - Create DateTime parser classes and objects
libdatetime-format-db2-perl - Parse and format DB2 dates and times
libdatetime-format-mail-perl - Convert between DateTime and RFC2822/822 formats
libdatetime-format-mysql-perl - Parse and format MySQL dates and times
libdatetime-format-pg-perl - Parse and format PostgreSQL dates and times
libdatetime-format-strptime-perl - Parse and format strp and strf time patterns
libdatetime-format-w3cdtf-perl - Parse and format W3CDTF datetime strings
libdatetime-locale-perl - perl DateTime::Locale - Localization support
for DateTime
libdatetime-perl - perl DateTime - Reference implementation for Perl
DateTime objects
libdatetime-timezone-perl - perl DateTime::TimeZone - Time zone object
base class and factory

Is it something else?
