[mythtv-users] Why would this happen?

Hmmmm, a two wheel racing recording bug...sounds interesting! :)
I have these recordings set to auto-flag commercials but have turned
transcoding off (don't really know what that does anyway). I know Stage
1 recorded fine but could these settings have caused Stage 2 to disappear?
