[mythtv-users] Channel scan only picks up channels 1 to 13

If in North America, you should not do a channel scan for analog.  I
recommend starting over as described at
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/264034#264034 .

Better would be to change the value of default (in mythtv-setup) to
"us-cable" (or "us-cable-hrc" or "us-cable-irc", as appropriate).  The
only reason you should change a specific input to use a non-default freq
table is if you actually have multiple sources with different freq
tables (i.e. you have a cable input, but also plug an antenna in to get
OTA).
