Actually, Jarod, you're close.. grub-install takes, at the very least,
one argument. :)
# chroot /mnt/sysimage
# grub-install <install_device>
Where <install_device> is your boot drive, either /dev/hda, /dev/sda, or whatever the drive is.
# exit (will trigger a reboot).
