[mythtv-users] Mythwelcome says it cannot connect to backend... but it still works

Is it a backend server that serves other front ends and has a hostname
or IP address that depends on the network interface being up? If so it
could be that the network interface isn't up by the time mythwelcome
starts - that would cause this error.
