I don't have any experience with this problem or with ATI cards, but
is there any chance that these last two entries are reversed? i.e.
that the horizonal (TVH) size should be 800 and the vertical (TVV)
should be 605?

As I said, I have no experience but those numbers definitely jumped out at me.
