It's just a guess. But I think it's likely that the different NITs will 
intefere. It's not that easy to chage the behaviour of the scanner, so 
the patch has to wait. But I've attached a dirty hack to report the NIT 
with the network ID for your area as NIT to the scanner. Please report 
if scanning works fine with this patch applied. If it does I'll try to 
detect the correct NIT based on the current SDT.

Look if a stream of the channel is encrypted according to PMT and SDT.
Check if we get unencrypted TS packets if we listen on a PID of an 
encrypted stream. This is unfortunately the only relieable way to tell 
if we can decrypt that channel.
