[mythtv-users] OT - Lost "Administration" items in the menu of KDE

I'm on FC5, and somehow, my system administration items are gone, even
if I'm logged onto the desktop as root.  Things like "Administration",
"Control Center", "Settings", etc... are gone.

Thoughts?
