That hasn't gone too well.

I deleted the soource, recreated it and scanned for channels.  After 
having to remember how to get the broadcast information for Crystal Palace

cat /usr/share/doc/dvb-utils/examples/scan/dvb-t/uk-CrystalPalace
# Crystal Palace
# T freq bw fec_hi fec_lo mod transmission-mode guard-interval hierarchy
T 505833333 8MHz 3/4 NONE QAM16 2k 1/32 NONE

When I scan I only get the BBC channels.  Even more frustratingly I only 
get one set of channel information and now xmlids?
