I have a quick question about the Hauppauge PVR-500 that I hope someone
can help me with.  I have a PVR-500 that I have been using with two Dish
Network receivers.  I am wanting to simplify things a bit and switch to
expanded basic cable.  So, I will be feeding the cable into the built-in
tuner.  I know people have had a lot of trouble with picture quality
with the PVR-500's with the Samsung tuners.  So, what I would like to
know is, how do I identify whether or not I have the Samsung tuner and
how people have gone about mitigating the problems.
