[mythtv-users] Commerical Marking on uploaded mpg's?

Well I took the suggestion of forcing commercial marking through the UI 
(watch recordings/info/job options/start commercial flagging), and I 
still end up with no commercials flagged.

This happens even if I

start with an mpg that has several commercial flagged
make another copy of it in /mnt/store
run myth.rebuilddatabase.pl to import it
make the UI do the commercial flagging.
wait for the marking jobs to finish.

status shows no commercials found.

I am using the original station in the rebuild, so thats not the problem.

Any ideas?
