[mythtv-users] Failed to get OSD lock?

I get this message every few seconds in my mythfrontend.log

2007-02-18 20:23:43.626 VideoOutputXv Error: ProcessFrameXvMC: Failed
to get OSD lock

It doesn't seem to be harming anything in particular, but I'd like to
get rid of it if possible.  Is there something I should be setting/not
setting?  This message shows up so much as part of other error message
logs in the list archives that it's hard to find anything related.
