I definitely don't get any segfaults.  Only mythfronted locks up on
me.  I actually thought it was only for LiveTV as well, but last night
I got a lockup with the prebuffering pause messages while watching a
previous recording.

I rolled back my Nvidia driver to 9629 (I think that's it) and turned
off all three vsync options in nvidia-settings, and that seemed to
help things a little.  Well, I still can't playback large mpeg4 video
AT ALL with the internal player, but I got far more "WriteAudio:
buffer underrun" messages, and much fewer NVP buffer messages with SD
recordings.  But if I change channels too quickly, I get the NVP timed
out message and the screen freezes, and I have to kill mythfrontend.
BTW, channel changes on analog tuners are now smokin' fast, thanks
devs!  Even faster than my cable box.  Now I just wish I could figure
out these playback issues.  Is anyone else using the M2NPV-VM?  What
Nvidia driver, version of myth, and xorg settings are you using?  Oh
also, I updated to last night's SVN trunk and still have the issue.
