I use a pcHDTV 3000 and a Hauppage 150.  But read the discussion about

You don't need hardware compression for digital as it is compressed when 
it comes in.  You will need it for analog; you just don't have the 
horsepower to do it in real-time with that CPU.

So definitely get a Hauppage 150, 500, or similar.
