Here's the reply I got over the weekend:

Hi Yan,
Work is being done on Linux drivers but I cannot provide yet a committed
date. Release may take a few months.

So keep bugging'em folks.  Maybe we'll get some evil binary blob drivers.

It's not as promising as the AverMedia M780 which has dual tuners but hardware MPEG2 encoding for analog, but no promise of linux drivers any time soon.
