Yes definitely. Use the machines IP address like    ssh 192.168.1.1   then log 
in as a normal user. Use commands like you normally would. Use   ps -A |grep 
mythfrontend   will show pid of mythfrontend and then use   kill pid  to kill 
mythfrontend. Start mythfrontend again as normal.
