[mythtv-users] Setting up a USB IR receiver (Streamzap)

Doesn't help you get the problem solved, but I have the same problem here...

Gentoo
kernel 2.6.18-gentoo-r6
Lirc 0.8.1
Streamzap USB ir receiver
Hauppauge 350 remote.

Modules load properly, mode2 shows signal, irrecord appears to be
working until I try to program the keys.  If I run irw, some keys
names will show if I hold them long enough.

I had it working several months ago, but had a hard drive die and
haven't gotten it working again on the new install.
