Josh -

If you like fiddling, breaking things and having to fix them, just pick your 
distro and build a diskless front end that boots from a Compact Flash card.

I've had hours of fun that way...  ;-)

(Tip: Have enough RAM that you won't need a swapfile, as CF cards die very 
rapidly under swap use.)
