Unfortunately not.

It's a well known issue with first or some cheaper second
generation DLPs. If the color wheel speed is <=2x, then it's
obvious to a fair proportion of people (sword fight type
scenes are the easiest to spot this issue with). If you're
using a recent projector / RP, it's not an issue since the
color wheel spins much faster.
