Menus are defined in XML theme files under /usr/share/mythtv. Find the
XML file that you want to modify and edit it. It's a good idea to copy
it your $HOME/.mythtv directory as that overrides whatever is in
/usr/share/mythtv and it will survive an upgrade to your theme
packages.
