CentOS 5 (and 5.1) is binary compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, so
any binaries compiled for RHEL 5 will work with CentOS 5... so the
repository you want is http://atrpms.net/dist/el5/ which is the repo I use
and does contain the nvidia drivers as an RPM package. You can also use any
other repository that's set up for RHEL 5 (I personally use the Dag Weirs
repository, also). One caveat when installing MythTV, you'll either have to
use the 'testing' repo at atrpms or download a few packages from atrpms
manually (PIL, libFLAC8, perl-XML-Twig). This is because Myth requires newer
versions than what shipped with RHEL and atrpms stable doesn't replace
packages that are in the distro.

  2) Does that ATrpms repository support the packages mentioned

You can compare the versions in the RHEL and Fedora repos at atrpms to be
sure, but as far as I can tell, they're pretty close.... I have MythTV
0.20.2 from atrpms and that's all I was really concerned with.

I know Axel can answer these right off, but I'd also like to know how to

Hopefully I gave you enough to help point you in the right direction :)
