At the current pace, I won't be including it in .21 (assuming .21 comes
out within the next couple of months).  For those people who are used to
it from svn, I will probably add a config variable of some kind to
enable it, but I won't make it "official" until it's a "usable" product.

Things like fast forward and comm skip depend on a variety of different
things from pre-encoded files to requiring an official flv streaming
server (no "ready" open source implementation that I know of).  I also
don't know how to code in Flash or Flex, so the progress of the player
itself (and accompanying music and livetv players) is up to those who do.
