On a 6200, this is labeled with "CCI".  There's also a channel status that's
set to 0x12 for encrypted and 0x43 for unencrypted.  This corresponds to
whether the signal coming into the STB is encrypted.  If this is set to
encrypted, you can't play the signal with a QAM card.  Otherwise you can.

If the CCI is set to anything other than 00, then even if the channel status
is 0x43, the STB will encrypt it (or not even pass it through) over the
firewire output.
