You're right, I put the old URL in.  The correct one is:

 my $dd_service=
      '
http://docs.tms.tribune.com/tech/tmsdatadirect/schedulesdirect/tvDataDelivery.wsdl
'

I got that from somewhere in the SD Forums (published by one of the
founders).
