Not in trunk.  Perhaps in 0.20.2/0.20-fixes.  See mythbackend --help. 
Though, even if it does work for 0.20.2/0.20-fixes, that behavior will
be going away in 0.21 (as the frontend and MythWeb will be relying on
the UPnP stuff).
