ITV3's serviceid was updated on several transmitters, which means you
will not be able to tune to it until MythTV is made aware of the new
setting. The same applies to any regular Freeview boxes that do not
automatically detect/scan for new channels.

ITV and Channel 4 worked together to ensure that these network updates
occured at the same time so users would only have to rescan their
boxes once to get all of the new ITV/CH4 channels and settings.

You will need to either rescan your channels in mythtv-setup to pick
up the new channel settings (and new Channel 4 +1 channel), or
determine the correct serviceids for these channels and add them
manually.
