Asus M2NPV-VM
X2 3800+
2 x 512MB DDR2

Thats all you need for an HD frontend/backend. Mobo has Nvidia 6150
onboard with tv out (svideo, composite) and dvi onboard. Also has onboard
gigabit lan and audio.
