It looks like you uncommented the "LocalHostName=" line in
.mythtv/mysql.txt without changine the default name.

This option is meant to allow you to give each machine a unique name.
You can either comment it out again in which case myth will use your
default linux name (usually chosen during installation).  Or pick your
own names for each box.
