I don't read Slashdot anymore because the endless flamewars are too  
irritating, but my guess is the conversation was dominated by two  
discussions:

- One group of people complaining that $5 is too much.  Within this  
will be a faction that claims it's a GPL violation, or that we need a  
new version of the GPL to prohibit it.

- Another group of people arguing bitterly over which is better,  
MythTV or Windows Media Center.
