I see a few problems, 1. how many people have multiple accounts, 2.How
many of those accounts are active. 3. How many people are actually
going to subscribe? 20% of the actual active unique accounts?  Some
people will leave myth, some will develop screen scrapers.  I think if
they really did have 64000 people paying for listings we would all see
a very low price.
