I have the Harmony 880 and 1000.  They work great with the MCE USB 
receivers, I have 3 on each of my frontends.  You do have to buy the 
remote though, ;-).   Basically, to set it up, I used the model number 
on the remote A9O-00007.   It worked flawlessly.
