A suggestion is to get hold of a VGA extension cable, and cut off the
female connector and solder on a SCART connector in its place - this
should provide good shielding and not be very expensive. A big plus is
you save the task of soldering the VGA connector itself onto the cable
- the SCART connector is much easier :)
