MythWeb and mythfrontend should agree on tuner/encoder identification
numbers - therefore I'm sure you have the tuner misconfigured on the
slave.

I would suggest removing the configurations of all capture cards/input
connections on the slave backend, and then re-add them.

What does the slave's mythbackend logfile show when started up
regarding the 'missing' tuner?
