Do you have any lines similar to this?

>From what I understand, these are errors in the stream. In my
situation, they're accompanied by strange video errors that I can see
when I play the file back. Sometimes a few lines are garbled, sometimes
half the image is gone for a moment. When I have a stream with many
errors like this, myth reports the total length as shorter than it
should be. It's like it doesn't count the errored section as being part
of the total time. I've had Lost episodes that report as 50 minutes or
so when it gets particularly bad.
Does this sound like the same problem you're having?
