After my last commit to the uk_rt channel_ids file, the current list
of +1/+2 channels that the Radio Times *do* offer is:

[mythtv at homer ~]$ grep "plus-" channel_ids | awk -F '|' '{print $3}' | sort
Animal Planet +1
Boomerang +1
Bravo +1
Challenge +1
Discovery Channel +1
Discovery Home & Health +1
Discovery Real Time +1
Disney Channel +1
Disney Cinemagic +1
E4 +1
Film4 +1
FX +2
Jetix +1
LIVINGtv +1
More4 +1
National Geographic +1
Paramount Comedy Digital +1
The History Channel +1
UKTV Documentary +1
UKTV Drama +1
UKTV Food +1
UKTV G2 +1
UKTV Gold +1
UKTV History +1
UKTV People +1
UKTV Style +1

I think it's mainly the every increasing number of current Sky-only
timeshifted channels that are not generally catered for - I don't
really have any problems with my VirginMedia lineup.
