That sort of thing does happen, more often then you might think, but
of course you can't count on it.
Even 36GB is not of all that much use on a modern Myth system I'm
afraid, though I do envy you the speed that drive should have.
Of course to take advantage of the speed of U320 15K RPM SCSI drives
you have to spend more on a controller than you might spend on an
entire Myth system. Then you need a 64-bit PCI slot to put the
controller in, so just about any mobo ever discussed on this list is
out the window...
