[mythtv-users] Strange time problem with MythWeb

Ever since the DST change, I've been having odd problems. Most of
them I've solved, and now I'm left with just this one, which I think
started when the normal DST change would have occurred: everything in
MythWeb is listed as being 1 hour later than it should be. Everything
else is working, mythbackend is getting the correct time, recordings
are recording what they should, etc. just MythWeb wants to display
everything an hour off.

And I've now gotten to the point where I've checked everything I know
how to. The date/timezone settings at the OS level are correct. The
data in the mysql database is correct (verified with a select from
program). I've re-installed both apache and mythweb (re-emerged, this
is a gentoo system). I've started reading through the PHP code now -
but I'm getting nowhere fast with that as I have no experience in PHP
programming at all.

Any ideas?
