[mythtv-users] Transcoding to remove commercials inncreased file, made .nuv

I've done this about 20 times before, so not too many, but each time in the
past, it resulted in a much smaller MPG file using the Default profile.
Now, It took a 2.2GB show, removed the commercials, and made a 3.1GB .nuv
file.

How'd that happen?
