[mythtv-users] When does "Delete and Re-record" actually Re-record?

It says what it does because "Delete and allow rerecord" is too long to
fit on that screen.

Just for you, I've fixed the tooltop on the link.  It'll show up
eventually (I'm currently working on large pieces of mythweb and can't
commit this small fix yet).
