I don't know if this is related to your problem or not.  See these:

The above describe issues I've had that sound something like yours.  The
difference being that my problem happens in intervals of 15 seconds (15
seconds blocky, 15 seconds good, etc...).  Using differing deinterlacers
didn't help.  I am also using a 6200 (although the problem doesn't seem
to be specific to the 6200) and DVI.  Unfortunately there currently
isn't a solution.  It appears to be an Nvidia bug.  Hopefully your
problem isn't the same as mine. :o/


You might try asking at the nvidia linux forum if you don't get a
satisfactory answer from this list:
