No, it's RF-only.    That's one drawback, it's another remote control
you can't get rid of.   But, I have all my other devices running from
one IR remote, so I only need two in total.

It's too bad we can't use the Apple IR receiver with a universal
remote, so it would be easy to control all Myth functions with a
single remote.
